Mom Burnout

If you’re holding this book in your hands, I want to begin by saying—you are not alone. I know how heavy it can feel to wake up already tired, to push through each day with a smile on your face while quietly feeling like you are running on empty inside. I know what it’s like to give and give until there’s nothing left for yourself, and then wonder why you feel disconnected, resentful, or even guilty for not loving every moment of motherhood.

This is what we call Mom Burnout, though most of us rarely say those words out loud. Instead, we keep pushing forward, believing that every other mom has it figured out, that if we just try harder, we’ll finally feel the joy we’re supposed to feel. But the truth is—burnout does not mean you are failing. It means you are human. It means you have been carrying far too much without the rest, care, and support you deserve.

I wrote this book as a companion for the days when you feel invisible, for the nights when your heart is too weary to keep going, and for the moments when you desperately need a reminder that you matter too. My hope is that as you read, you’ll find comfort, validation, and simple steps that gently guide you back to yourself.

Motherhood is not about perfection—it’s about connection, compassion, and love, including love for yourself. I hope these words help you find your way back to joy, peace, and balance.

You deserve that, more than you know.
